Predator Ruckmaster Scrum Sleds improve ruck, maul, and point-of-contact training. All aspects of a player's rucking technique can be monitored and improved: foot positioning, head placement, use of arms, lift and drive technique, body height, body angles, leg speed. Adjust the amount of deadweight on the sled to provide further scope for a variety of training and easily monitored conditions exercises.
